Not Romeo and Juliet

Our version of Shakespeare’s masterpiece has been updated with new figures, sets, and props to make the experience more immersive for students. John and Claire are two typical teenagers forced to play Romeo and Juliet in the school play. Unfortunately for drama teacher Mrs. Brown, they are completely inept. Will she be able to help them memorize their lines and inject passion into their characters?

“Not Romeo and Juliet” is our most popular play, full of fun moments and audience participation. Your students will show John and Claire how to act and behave, taking on some of the other roles and learning why this is the greatest love story and tragedy ever told!

The play is followed by a quick and fun quiz that tests students’ knowledge of the play and their general understanding of William Shakespeare.
