Magic Matilda

Matilda is not your typical 11-year-old girl. She’s read all of Shakespeare, The Lord of the Rings, and is better at math than most of her teachers! She lives with her idiotic parents and attends a school with a terrible headmistress, Miss Trunchbull.

When her imbecile father forbids her from reading any more books, she discovers she possesses an incredible magical power. Will she be able to use it to save herself and her wonderful teacher, Miss Honey, from Miss Trunchbull?
